Health Equity Value Playbook Module 2: Unlocking the Language of Business & Finance

Building effective partnerships with finance is critical to framing the value proposition of health equity through the lens of these key decisionmakers. To support health equity teams in demonstrating the near-term ROI for health equity initiatives from the finance perspective, the HEA team spoke to finance leaders to identify key value drivers that they look for when making resourcing decisions. We’ve incorporated our findings to create the first version of the “Health Equity Impact Navigator” tool.
