They are joined by Maria Regan Gonzalez (Director of Health Equity Initiatives with M Health Fairview) who discussed how their health system integrated health equity into the EPMO and Darcey Cobbs-Lomax (Director of Community Connections and Social Impact with Yale New Haven Health) who reviewed their strategy when developing team structure and organizational governance at their leading health system.
