Alliance researchers partnered with health equity leaders from BHSH System’s Spectrum Health Lakeland (SHL) division to spotlight their community-engaged research approach to developing trust metrics. These metrics will track whether health equity investments are building both institutional-level in SHL and neighborhood-level trust over time.
