We know that with the immense amount of attention AI is receiving and the ever-growing pressure to invest in AI maturity within LHS, a fundamental question remains unanswered: how do you measure the impact of AI adoption? It seems as though every LHS – and sometimes even every healthcare leader – has their own formula to identify the return on investment of AI. Some only look at hard ROI in terms of aggregate cost-savings and FTE reductions, while others base their calculations on soft ROI like turnover reduction and employee engagement improvement.
