In a recent Academy survey of Leading Health System executives, 70% stated that Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) was a strategic priority for their organizations. RPM can help support population health initiatives and is necessary to enable many home-based care models LHS are pursuing. Leading Health Systems are using RPM for a variety of patient types and conditions, but face significant barriers to scaling these care models. LHS have recognized they need partners to scale RPM and are looking for several key traits in partnerships.
